How to Use:
Dip a wet toothbrush into the powder and brush teeth for 2 minutes.
Spit and Rinse mouth really well. When rinsing, swill the water around all the mouth and in between teeth.
Rinse toothbrush.
After rinsing mouth and toothbrush, brush teeth again either with a clean toothbrush or with your normal toothpaste to remove any residual charcoal.
