As we mark the second anniversary of Lusanet Collective, we reflect on the incredible journey we've embarked on. Nestled in the heart of Burbank, our store has become a haven for art, creativity, and collaboration. This milestone is particularly special as it signifies not just the success of our venture but also the fulfillment of a dream for our founder, Anet Abnous, and her dynamic partnership with Lucy.
Anet's Collection, a brand known for its unique silver and gold-plated jewelry inspired by nature, now has a permanent home within Lusanet Collective. As the creative director, Anet's artistic vision extends beyond her exquisite jewelry pieces. She has transformed our storefront into a canvas, creating breathtaking window displays that captivate and inspire. Her dedication to beauty and detail has set the tone for the entire store, making it a true reflection of her artistic spirit.
The partnership between Anet and Lucy has been a cornerstone of our success. Together, they complement each other in ways that have allowed Lusanet Collective to flourish. Their combined expertise and passion have created a supportive environment for over 50 rotating vendors. These vendors, both local and international, benefit from the exposure and growth opportunities provided by Anet and Lucy’s extensive network and experience. With almost a decade of Anet's Collection's loyal clientele, these small businesses are given a platform to thrive and learn the essentials of running a successful enterprise.
Anet's role as a Burbank Art Commissioner has further enriched our store's offerings. She has curated numerous art exhibitions at Lusanet Collective, showcasing the talents of various artists and giving them a much-needed platform. Her efforts have also brought these artists into the Burbank Arts newsletter and circle, expanding their reach and influence. This commitment to fostering local talent aligns perfectly with our mission to support and nurture creativity in all its forms.
The past two years have been a learning experience filled with growth and adaptation. Owning a physical store has taught us the importance of listening to our clients, pivoting when necessary, and continually bringing fresh designs to our shelves. Anet's daughter, who has been by her side throughout this journey, has also played a crucial role in our evolution. Together, we have navigated challenges and celebrated successes, all while maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation.
As we look forward to our third year, we are filled with excitement and anticipation. Plans for expansion and new initiatives are already underway, promising even more opportunities for our vendors and clients. We are deeply grateful to our clients who have supported us, taken the time to visit Lusanet Collective, and embraced the vibrant community we have built. Your continued support inspires us to keep pushing boundaries and exploring new horizons.
If you haven't yet visited Lusanet Collective, we warmly invite you to stop by and experience the creativity and passion that define our store. You might even catch Anet herself, who is usually at the store on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ready to share her latest creations and artistic inspirations. Here's to many more years of creativity, collaboration, and community at Lusanet Collective!
